Voice Lesson Policy
- Students have the option to reschedule lessons via the online booking system (see your email confirmation), but this must be done at least 24-hours in advance.
- No-shows or rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the lesson WILL NOT be rescheduled and the payment not refunded. Exceptions can be made for emergencies, sudden illness, and poor weather conditions at the teacher's discretion.
- Cancellations will not be refunded.
- If a scheduled make-up lesson is missed or the student is unable to attend, the lesson will not be rescheduled or refunded.
- If a student is late, the time will not be made up.
- Every cancelled lesson by the teacher will be made up.
